• Receiving the wrong item

If you experience an issue due to a Kemfe error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at toiburnett12@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Note: Customers are responsible for checking their orders upon arrival. We cannot issue refunds for items damaged due to shipping after delivery.
